Animation is the art where a lot of still images are put together in a sequence so that when they are run at a high speed it creates an illusion of a moving picture. Animation is basically of two types i.e. 2-D (two-dimensional) and 3-D (three-dimensional). One of the fastest growing industries in India is the computer animation industry. The minimum qualification to apply for this course is 10+2 with good drawing skills and basic knowledge of computer. Some of the important traits which an animator must have are good handwriting skills, creative and imaginative thinking in order to fully understand the character, perseverance, hard work and dedication towards the art.
