The increasing importance of customer feedbacks, the drive of companies to work harder to solve customer grievances and the advent of globalisation have given birth to a highly expanding business in India- call centres. With India arising as an opening economy and a hub for call centre and outsourcing companies, another field is emerging as a new educational course i.e. call centre training.
