The Common Entrance Test also commonly known as CET allows students to apply to various colleges all across India. The benefits of a Common Entrance Exam (CET) are that it broadens the choice of colleges for a student and also saves the time and money of a student, while compared to taking up exams for each and every college separately.
Admissions to several professional courses such as engineering, medical, Masters in Computer Applications, nursing, Masters in Business Administrations, Pharmacy, law and many others are given based on the marks in the Common Entrance Examinations. The exams for all these courses fall on different dates and hence it is the student’s responsibility to check the schedule and calendar of the common Entrance Exams, so that he or she does not end up missing any of the exams that he or she would like to appear for.
