According to the definition Electrical Engineering is the “The branch of engineering that deals with the technology of electricity, especially the design and application of circuitry and equipment for power generation and distribution, machine control, and communications.” Electrical engineering’s chief elements are physics, mathematics, computers and management which when studied combined lay the foundation of practical usage of Electric Engineering.
Admission Procedure
Engineering field is amongst the reputed and highly qualified academic courses around the globe. Hence, a lot of pain is taken by universities and institutes while selection of students for these courses. The minimum qualification required to apply generally for engineering courses at undergraduate level is 10+2 in science with minimum 60% in PCM/B. However every college and university follows their own admission procedure to select students for instance some institutes conduct their own admission tests and some ask for a higher percentage in 12th standard etc.
