ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admissions) is conducted by AIMS (All India Management Schools) every year in order to facilitate students aspiring for post graduate management program. ATMA provides a single platform to analyze academic performance of students which is required to apply for management programs. ATMA test is based on the structure of GMAT test and is accredited by AICTE.
Admission Procedure
ATMA publishes all the important dates, test centers, last date of submission of forms etc. in all daily newspapers. Students can also login at ATMA’s official website www.atma-aims.org to follow the events and updates. Students require filling up the test form and submitting via post or online submission is also possible.
Test Pattern
The ATMA test is segregated into three sections i.e. Analytical Reasoning Skills, Quantitative Skills, and Verbal skills. It is a three hour test paper where three sections are allocated a stipulated time and students are required to complete each section in the given time only. Questions have multiple choice answers where students are required to choose one options amongst all.
Test centers
There are a number of test centers allocated by ATMA and students can choose any whichever is comfortable. Test centers are: Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigrah, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Noida, Goa, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolhapur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mumbai, Nasik, Nagpur, Nasik, Patna, Pune Raipur, Ranchi, Sangli, and Trichy.
There are more than 100 universities and institutions which credit ATMA scores.
