If you ask for some specific course after B.Sc in Computer Technology, then they are many. However, the best among them are MCA or M.Sc. But you need to know the difference between two. In MCA, it is all about the applicative part of computers and this is the reason that most of the students with MCA are appointed by MNCs while M.Sc is theoretical. So, you need to make choice depending on your own personal interest.
