Anatomy is the study of the formation, shape, structure and parts of a living body. It is one of the oldest branches of medical practices. The earliest anatomy researches can be dated back to the Greek period performed by Hippocrates. Now, it is treated as a separate branch of medical which can be specialized as a doctor in medicine. MD in Anatomy is a 3 year full time post graduation course.
Regarding eligibility,
You should pass in MBBS degree and recognized by Medical Council of India. The candidate should have completed one year of internship. Depending on the college, there might be an entrance exam to sort out students for a fixed intake.
