The Course comes in mind to get into Automobile Industry is Automobile Engineering. But for Automobile Engineering you need to pass your 12th with Phisics in Science stream and as you said you have commerce stream so that option is not for you.
However, if you are really interested in Automobile related field I can suggest you to go for Designing of automobile from some private institutes. There are few institutes which only ask for graduation in any field. Check out the link may help you:

You can also go for post graduation courses which dont need and science background. They basicaly teach you the management and planing which helps in runing an automobile industry. For such kind of courses you just need to be graduate from any university.
