I have completed my B.tech in 2011 and I am not well versed in any computer language. I know C, C++ and Java fundamentals, so can you please suggest me my next best career step?

After doing your B tech, you have wide range options to choose for your further studies. Other than courses like M tech, MSc. I would like to suggest you to go for some MBA course. As MBA have so many options to choose with. That will allow you to choose the field according to your interest and in which subject you are good at.
 
Now days MBA is kind of must if you want to be a part of top level management. Regarding one option which I would go for and can suggest for you is Architecture. I believe that would be very good and job oriented. As you know India is developing country and infrastructure is improving day by day. There is such a big demand of good architecture firms that many of the big builders are taking services of different architecture firms in Singapore, UAE and Europe etc, beside the Indian firms. You can also pursue the architecture as independent business or a part time service provider. Which you can do along with your job in any private sector.
 
Still I would highly recommend you to go through all the different MBA courses available in various institutes in India and abroad before going for any option.
