Diploma Cruise Galley Operations is a 4 month post-graduate diploma in culinary arts on a cruise ship that is sponsored by P&O Cruises & Princess Cruises at the Osmania University in Hyderabad. The Diploma course trains students on the corporate menus of the two Cruise lines, galley operations of a ship and also in international food safety standards necessary to work on a cruise ship.
