Outdoor Management Training (OMT)
OMT is a unique training program designed for the students of SBIM wherein the focus shifts from the classroom to Mother Nature, who is a master teacher herself. Through OMT, a series of adventure and outdoor experiences like trekking, rappelling, rock-climbing, canoeing, star gazing, living-off the land, etc aims to build one’s leadership skills, teamwork abilities, decision making skills, crisis management skills and thus lead to the holistic development of the student. Today OMT is widely recognised by the corporate sector as an effective training technique for developing the personality of their executives.
